How long does a build actually take?⌄
Starter Site and Full Website projects are built on a fixed website production timeline after the deposit, brief, copy, images, and remaining balance are confirmed. Mobile apps are quoted after scope.
What if you miss the delivery date?⌄
If we miss the agreed delivery date through our own fault, you get a full refund — no arguing. We track this in writing at booking, so there's nothing to interpret later. See the full guarantee policy at /guarantee.
What's included in each tier?⌄
Starter Site includes one polished page, mobile responsive build, contact form, and one revision round. Full Website includes a complete small-business website with multiple pages, planning, and a defined revision process. Mobile App starts at $1,995 after scope.
Is checkout the full project payment?⌄
No. Checkout collects a deposit to reserve production time: $250 for Starter Site and $500 for Full Website. The remaining balance is confirmed before kickoff.
Do I own the source code and design files?⌄
Yes — fully. You get the production repo, the design files, and all assets at handoff. No license fees, no platform lock-in, no ongoing payment to keep your site online.
How do revisions work?⌄
Every build includes one full revision round after first delivery — change copy, swap images, tweak layout. If we still haven't hit your brief, we keep iterating until the agreed scope is met. Out-of-scope additions become a clear add-on line.
What if I want to change scope mid-build?⌄
We accommodate changes that fit inside the original scope at no charge. New pages, new features, or larger redesigns are quoted as a clear add-on so the timeline and cost stay predictable.
Do I have to host with you?⌄
No. We deliver the source code and you host wherever you want — Vercel, Netlify, AWS, your own server. If you'd rather not deal with hosting or updates, ask for a maintenance quote after booking.
Do you offer ongoing support after launch?⌄
Yes, quoted separately. Ongoing support can cover minor edits, performance monitoring, updates, and bug fixes, but it is not required to keep your site running.

Are you a US company?⌄
Yes. Alte Builder LLC is registered in the United States. Stripe handles payments, you get a US invoice, and a single US-based account owner manages your project end-to-end.
