2. Services
We provide digital services including website design and development, application builds, translation services, consulting, and related offerings ("Services"). Specific deliverables, pricing, and timelines are presented at the time of purchase or written agreement.
3. Payments
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Payment is required in full before work begins unless otherwise agreed in writing. Once work has started, fees are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated.
4. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information
- Supply requested assets and approvals on time
- Communicate promptly
Delays caused by missing information or late feedback may impact delivery timelines.
5. Intellectual Property
Ownership of final deliverables transfers to you upon full payment.
We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio, website, and marketing materials unless you request otherwise in writing.
Third-party tools, licenses, fonts, or software remain subject to their respective terms.
6. Revisions & Scope
Reasonable revisions are included as outlined in your service description. Requests beyond the agreed scope may require additional fees.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue, data, or business interruption. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the Services.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate Services for non-payment, violation of these Terms, or abusive or unreasonable conduct.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
