Cancellations
All cancellations must be requested in writing via email.
Refund & Reschedule Terms
72+ hours before the scheduled start time
You are eligible for a full refund.
24–72 hours before the scheduled start time
- No refund is provided.
- You may request one (1) reschedule within 60 days, subject to availability.
Less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time
No refund and no reschedule.
After the scheduled start time
No refunds or reschedules under any circumstances.
Rescheduling
- Reschedules are limited to one per booking.
- Rescheduled services must begin within 60 days of the original start date.
- Availability is not guaranteed.
No-Shows
Failure to attend, respond, or provide required materials by the scheduled start time is treated as a late cancellation and is non-refundable.
