Miss the date, get a refund.
We commit to a fixed delivery date at booking. If we miss it through our own fault, you get a full refund — no arguing, no goodwill credit. This page explains exactly how it works so there's nothing to interpret later.
Fixed timeline
Website packages use a defined production timeline and revision path. Your start date is reserved with the deposit and confirmed in writing.
Full refund if we miss
If we miss the agreed delivery date through our own fault, you get 100% of what you paid back. No restocking fee, no platform credit.
One revision, on us
Every build includes one full revision round after first delivery. If we still haven't hit the brief, we keep iterating until the agreed scope is met.
The mechanics, in plain English.
- 01
At checkout, we reserve the start date.
The selected start date is attached to your deposit and confirmation. Final kickoff timing is confirmed after brief, assets, and remaining balance are complete.
- 02
We confirm scope and kickoff in writing.
Once your brief and assets are in, your build moves into the active queue. You'll get an email confirming the delivery date.
- 03
If we miss the date through our own fault, you get a refund.
No forms to fill out, no negotiation. We initiate the refund through Stripe within 2 business days. Funds typically land in 5–10 business days.
- 04
If a delay is on your side, we extend — at no charge.
Late assets, late copy, late approvals — these don't trigger the guarantee, but they don't cost you extra either. We just push the date and keep going.
What counts — and what doesn't.
Counts as "our fault"
- Internal capacity issue or scheduling miss
- Build bug or rework that pushes past the date
- Designer or engineer unavailability
- Tooling, hosting, or deployment outage on our side
Doesn't count
- Missing or late client assets, copy, or imagery
- Out-of-scope additions added mid-build
- Approvals or feedback that take more than 24 hours
- Third-party outages on your hosting, DNS, or domain
We track every blocker in writing — so if a delay does come up, both sides have the same paper trail.
